It eschews the open-plan layout of many of today’s homes in favor of a classic two-story design that provides separation between living and bedroom areas. The Monica II takes the original Monica plan and closes up the two story great room. Murder charges laid against three men in deaths of Abbotsford couple Homicide investigators have arrested Gurkaran Singh, 20, Abhijeet Singh, 22, and Khushveer Toor, 22. The three men lived in the same house in Surrey at the time of the murders. He said all the residents in the two houses got out safely, and there were no injuries. Ken Gemmill, system chief of operations for Vancouver Fire and Rescue, said early Saturday that the neighbouring houses were so badly damaged they are uninhabitable.

We have multiple options for any desired garage location or type. We offer plans with detached garages, courtyard garages, side-load garages, front load, and rear load garages. You must have software capable of opening CAD files to use them. This option is great if you are in the business of home building and need to make slight changes to the plans per lot. Most of our stock plans come as 2x4 exterior wall construction by default. Those options include 2x6 exterior walls, Post Frame Construction, CMU Block Construction, etc.
At 1,650 square feet, the Jefferson is spacious enough for most families, and its numerous windows create bright and even lighting throughout the house. Other options include an extra garage, a more open floor plan, a fireplace and a spare room over the garage — if you can envision it, we’ll work closely with you to make it happen. The second floor holds three bedrooms all with walk in closets and a full bath. The in law suite has a full kitchen, family room, bedroom, bath and walk in closet with room for a standup washer / dryer.
